Biografia	"Tim Winstone is a Corporate Credit Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since joining Henderson in 2015. Tim co-manages the European Investment Grade and European High Yield strategies. Prior to Henderson, he was an executive director, senior fixed income portfolio manager and part of the global credit team at UBS Global Asset Management. He began his career as a portfolio assistant at Thesis Asset Management and has worked in global credit since 2004. Tim earned a BSc degree (Hons) in mathematics from the University of Bristol. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and the Investment Management Certificate and passed the Regulation and Compliance unit of the CISI Diploma. He has 16 years of financial industry experience."

Biografia	Tom Ross is Global Head of High Yield at Janus Henderson Investors, a role he has held since 2022. In this role, Tom is responsible for leading investment strategy and portfolio management of the firm’s high yield franchise. He has served as a portfolio manager on the Corporate Credit Team since 2006. Prior to portfolio management, he specialised in credit trading on Henderson's centralised dealing desk. He joined Henderson in 2002. Tom graduated with a BSc degree (Hons) in biology from Nottingham University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and has 22 years of financial industry experience.

Biografia	Stephen Thariyan is Head of Global Credit at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held, as part of the Henderson team, since 2007. He also serves as a Fund Manager on the Global Diversified Credit strategy. Stephen joined Henderson in 2007 as head of credit. Prior to this, he was a portfolio manager at Rogge Global Partners responsible for investing in corporate bonds and credit derivatives globally. He was previously a director and senior analyst at NatWest Markets’ credit rating and research unit where he led teams of sector analysts in credit research. He began his career as an accountant at Ernst & Young in 1988. Stephen graduated from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne with a BA (Hons) in accountancy and financial analysis. He has 25 years of financial industry experience.

Biografia	Chris Bullock joined Henderson in 2003 as a credit analyst. He has been a co-manager on the absolute return credit funds since 2006 and has launched a number of European and Global bond funds. Chris trained as a management accountant with Zeneca and Accenture, before joining Insight Investment as a credit analyst. Chris graduated with a BEng (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and is both a CFA charterholder and member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
