Biografia	Adam Shane is Co-Head of Municipal Bond Portfolio Management on the Global Fixed Income team at Northern Trust Asset Management. In this capacity, Adam has responsibility for the oversight and management of both investment grade and high yield municipal bond strategies. Adam has held various positions in portfolio management, credit research, and product management at Northern Trust Asset Management, and prior to that at Nuveen. Adam has an MBA, with concentrations in accounting and finance. Adam is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago, the CFA Institute, the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society, and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He has more than 20 years of fixed income investment management experience.

Biografia	Nate Miller is a Second Vice President at The Northern Trust Company, Chicago. He is a Portfolio Manager in the Municipal Fixed Income Group of Northern Trust Global Investments and is responsible for the management of a number of individual municipal bond portfolios.Mr. Miller joined Northern Trust in 1995 as an IMLG representative in Worldwide Operations and Technology. He relocated to Arizona in 1996 and worked as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate and Institutional Administration Group. He relocated back to Chicago in October 2003 and started as a Municipal Bond Trader for the Fixed Income Group within Northern Trust Global Investments NTGI prior to being named a Portfolio Manager in June 2005.Mr. Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Champaign – Urbana in 1994 and also studied in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program (CEBS) via the Wharton School of Business.

Biografia	Peter J. Flood is a Senior Vice President at the Northern Trust Company, Chicago. Peter heads Northern Trust’s Fixed Income Risk Management and Strategy Group, which is responsible for the portfolio and business risk management of domestic, global and joint venture activities. In addition, Peter chairs our Fixed Income Strategy Committee, which creates and guides the investment strategy for the firm’s institutional, fiduciary and agency relationships. Previously, Peter managed our Fixed Income Research Division, with responsibility for the credit analysis of taxable, global, high yield and municipal debt obligations used in our fixed income portfolios. Prior thereto; he led the firm’s municipal bond portfolio management team.Peter joined Northern Trust in 1979.He received a B.S degree from Loyala University, Chicago, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Biografia	Eric V. Boeckmann, Senior Vice President and portfolio manager of Northern Trust Investments, Inc. He joined the firm in 1985. He is responsible for municipal bond mutual funds as well as a number of separately managed municipal bond portfolios, including common trust funds invested in municipal securities. He received a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Illinois.
