Biografia	"Michael manages the Large Cap Core strategy and co-manages the Appreciation strategy. He joined a predecessor organization in 1994 and has 29 years of investment industry experience. Michael is a member of the ClearBridge Management, Proxy and Brokerage Committees. Michael previously was employed as an equity analyst for Zweig Advisors and was portfolio manager of the Fidelity Select Construction and Housing Fund at Fidelity Investments. Michael received his BA in Economics from Harvard College and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. "

Biografia	Scott is Co-Chief Investment Officer and co-manages the Appreciation and Dividend strategies. He has 29 years of investment industry experience and is a member of ClearBridge's Management, Valuation and Risk Management Committees. He previously served as co-director of research for ClearBridge. Prior to joining the firm, Scott was a credit analyst specializing in fixed income investments for Bear Stearns. In 1993, Scott joined the research department of predecessor organization Shearson Lehman Brothers as a consumer analyst and transitioned into a role as a portfolio manager one year later. Scott graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont where he received his BA in Political Science and Spanish. He earned his MBA in Finance from Pennsylvania State University

Biografia	Hersh is Co-Chief Investment Officer and a Portfolio Manager for the Income Solutions team that manages the Dividend Strategy and Equity Income products, in addition to managing numerous private portfolios and retirement funds.Hersh began his career with a predecessor organization in 1969 as a portfolio manager and has 45 years of industry experience. He was appointed CIO of ClearBridge’s predecessor firm in 2004. He is a member of the ClearBridge Investments Management and Risk Committees.Hersh received his BA from Western Reserve University in 1962 (now Case Western Reserve University), and earned a PhD in Psychology from Tufts University in 1966. Hersh spends his spare time cooking and collecting American prints from the Depression era. He stays in shape by jogging, playing softball and hiking. Raised in Cleveland, he is an avid fan of the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Browns and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Harold L. Williamson	Vice Chairman	1979	1994
Biografia	Williamson joined Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1946 and has been vice chairman of Shearson Asset Management since 1985. He maintains a bias toward large-cap stocks, flexible valuation criteria, and low portfolio and security risk.
