Biografia	Hiroshi Watanabe is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd and a portfolio manager for the Japan portion of the International Small-Cap Strategy at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2006, Hiroshi was a deputy director of the Space Industry Office with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of the Japanese government. Hiroshi earned a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in aerospace engineering from Tokyo University and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biografia	Archibald Ciganer has been chairman of the committe at T.Rowe Price since 2013. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2007 and his investment experience dates from 1999. He has 14 years of investment experience, including 13 years in the Japanese equity market. He is a Tokyo based equity research analyst covering the telecom, transportation, utility, media and consumer sectors. Before joining T. Rowe Price, Archibald worked for BNP Paribas in Japan as a credit analyst, as an associate in the Investment Banking department, and as a vice president in Mergers and Acquisitions, where he handled a number of cross-border transactions for blue chip Japanese and foreign corporations. He graduated from Paris Institute of Political Studies with a degree in finance and accounting, and also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is fluent in Japanese, English, and French. Based in Tokyo, Archibald brings considerable local knowledge and background to this role with 14 years of investment experience, including 13 years in the Japanese equity market. As a member of the Japanese equity research team since joining T. Rowe Price in 2007, he has worked closely with Campbell. Throughout his tenure as an analyst covering the telecom, transportation, utility, media, and consumer sectors, he has been an important contributor to the Japan Fund and related strategies. As of 30 September 2013, he covered 11 names and 20% of the fund by market capitalization. Archibald is a well-respected member of the team and is also fluent in Japanese.

Biografia	M. Campbell Gunn is lead portfolio manager for the Japanese Equity Strategy at T. Rowe Price and a co-portfolio manager for the non-US small-cap equity strategy. Mr. Gunn has 34 years of investment experience, 10 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for Dresdner Bank Asset Manager Group. Mr. Gunn earned a B.A. with honours in jurisprudence from Oxford University. In 1978, he graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law and became barrister-at-law of the Inner Temple.

Previously, he spent two years as an analyst and portfolio manager with Robert Fleming International and two years with Prescot Commodities. Mr. Warren earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Wadham College, Oxford University.

Biografia	Christopher Alderson is president and chief executive officer of T. Rowe Price International, Inc., vice president and management committee member of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services Ltd.Mr. Alderson is an Investment Advisory Committee member for the Global Emerging Markets Equity Strategy. He started his career at Robert Fleming and Co. Ltd in 1985 as a UK equity analyst and then transferred to the joint venture Rowe Price-Fleming International in 1988. He then worked in Hong Kong as a portfolio manager for Asian ex-Japan portfolios. In 1993, he moved to the Tokyo office, where he added co-management of the firm's Japanese equity products to his responsibilities. Mr. Alderson is a graduate of University of Edinburgh where he earned an M.A. (hons.) in economics.
