Biografia	Kevin Jia, Director, is a portfolio manager and research analyst on the Global Emerging Markets Equities Team within BlackRock’s Fundamental Equity Group. Mr Jia co-manages the Global Emerging Markets Core Strategy with Gordon Fraser. He is also a member of the North Asia Consumers and Communication Services research pod. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2015, Mr. Jia was with KKR, based in Beijing, responsible for private equity investment due diligence and portfolio company management. Mr. Jia earned a BA degree in Economics & Finance from Tsinghua University in 2013.

Biografia	Gordon Fraser, CFA, Managing Director, is Co-Head of Global Emerging Markets Equities for BlackRock’s Fundamental Equity Group. Mr. Fraser is lead portfolio manager for the Core Global Emerging Markets strategy and co-manages the Emerging Frontiers Hedge Fund. Mr. Fraser is also named manager on the Emerging Markets Equity Strategies Fund. Mr. Fraser is platform lead for macroeconomic analysis. He joined BlackRock as an Analyst in 2006. Mr. Fraser earned a BA (1st class) and an MPhil (distinction) in Economics from Cambridge University in 2006. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Andrew Swan is Head of Asia (ex-Japan) Equities at Man GLG. Based in Australia, he focuses on Asia ex-Japan strategies. Andrew joined Man GLG in August 2020. Before that, he was at Blackrock for nine years where he held the titles of Head of Fundamental Asian Equities and Head of Fundamental Emerging Markets. Prior to that, Andrew was a portfolio manager at JPMorgan Asset Management between 2005 and 2011 and the Head of Asia Pacific Media and Internet Research at JPMorgan between 2002 and 2004. He started his career as a research analyst at Ord Minnett Securities in 1994. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales.

In recent roles, Mr. Shah also had the responsibility as co-head and head of research for the Global Emerging Markets team at BlackRock. Biografia	Luiz Soares, Managing Director and Portfolio Manager, is head of BlackRock's Global Emerging Markets Equity Team. Prior to joining BlackRock in 2012, Mr Soares began his career in 1993 with Andersen Consulting in Brazil, moving to Reuters in the US in 1997 to work on fixed income derivatives. In 2000, he joined Axiom International Investors where he was initially a research analyst covering Latin America. Mr. Soares was appointed to manage the Axiom Emerging Markets Equity Fund in August 2007. Mr. Soares holds a B. S. in Business Management and Applied Economics from Cornell University.

Biografia	Daniel Tubbs, Head of Global Emerging Markets Equities within Mirabaud Asset Management, manages the Mirabaud - Equities Global Emerging Markets and the Mirabaud - Equities Asia ex-Japan funds. He has experience in the portfolio management industry since 1997. Prior to joining Mirabaud Asset Management in June 2012, Mr Tubbs spent over four years at BlackRock, where he co-headed the Global Emerging Market team and managed around USD 2.5bn. Mr Tubbs previously spent six years at West LB Asset Management as Head of Asia ex-Japan, managing an Asian Equity fund and contributing to the Global Emerging Markets long-only and hedge funds. Mr Tubbs started his career at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen. Mr Tubbs holds a degree in Accountancy and European Studies from Exeter University and is also a ACA Chartered Accountant and is a CFA Charterholder.

Biografia	Sam Vecht, CFA, Managing Director, is Head of Emerging Europe, Frontiers and Alternative Strategies and a portfolio manager within BlackRock’s Fundamental Equity Group. Mr. Vecht is lead portfolio manager for the Emerging Markets Equity Strategies Fund and also co-manages the Latin America, Emerging Europe, Emerging Frontiers Hedge Fund, Frontiers, and Asia Pacific Absolute Return strategies. He is also a research pod leader of the EMEA & Frontiers and Latin America pods. Mr. Vecht's service with the firm dates back to 2000, including his years with Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM), which merged with BlackRock in 2006. Mr. Vecht earned a BSc degree, with honours, in international relations and history from the London School of Economics
